Limited Product Warranty. Freeroll Enterprises Inc. (“Freeroll” or “we”) warrants that the SwitchUp Bucket System (“Product”) you, the customer (“Customer” or “you”) purchase will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service with proper maintenance for a period of six (6) months. The period for such warranty begins when you receive the Product. You will promptly notify Freeroll of any such defects within this six (6) month period including in such notification, as applicable, information about the nature of the alleged defect, photographs illustrating the nature of the alleged defect, what use(s) you have put the Product to, and information about the maintenance you performed to the Product. Upon review of your notification and the information and photographs contained therein, if Freeroll is satisfied, at its own sole discretion but on a reasonable basis, that the Product falls under this warranty, Freeroll will either replace the Product or refund your purchase price. You, the Customer, understand, acknowledge, and agree that this these are your sole remedies with respect the Product and that Freeroll makes no other representation or warranty with respect to the Product, whether with respect to merchantability, quality or fitness for any particular purpose.  For greater certainty, no such notification provided to Freeroll outside of this six (6) month period will be reviewed nor any Product replaced or purchase price refunded on the basis of such notification. This warranty automatically does not apply to a Product that has been, at Freeroll’s sole discretion but on a reasonable basis, subjected to abuse, misuse, neglect, abnormal physical stress, abnormal environmental conditions or use contrary to any guidance or instructions provided by Freeroll. The Product is made in Alberta, Canada, and, depending on the website you purchase the Product from, the Product may be sold to other provinces within Canada or to other countries around the world. As each of these places has laws that may differ from those of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, you the Customer understand, acknowledge, and agree with Freeroll that by purchasing the Product that the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to any conflicts of laws principles or any other legislation of any other jurisdiction, will apply to all matters relating to your purchase of the Product.
